Challenge participants enjoying the benefits

Aquamoves Seven Week Challenge participants Rosalie Smith and Sonja King believe the program has been instrumental in helping them improve their health and fitness.

Ms Smith, who has undertaken a number of Seven Week Challenges credits the program with increasing her running capacity.

“My fitness has improved so much since being part the Aquamoves Seven Week Challenges. I never would have attempted a five kilometer run before and now I can't wait for Saturday mornings when I get to do it at the Shepparton Parkrun!”

Ms King who has also completed multiple challenges says the team camaraderie is very encouraging. 

“Since undertaking my first Seven Week Challenge I’ve lost 15 kilograms and have significantly improved my overall fitness. The program is really motivational and exercising with a group of people who all have the similar goals makes it much more fun.”

Aquamoves' next Seven Week Challenge programs start Monday 1 February with a choice of morning and evening sessions.
