DEEP WATER RUNNING: Tuesdays at 6.15am

This class will now be AQUA HI LO and run for 30mins until further notice due to instructor availability

COMBAT: Wednesday's at 6:30pm

Due to low attendance, COMBAT classes are no longer running at this timeslot. We appreciate your understanding and will continue to review our offerings to meet your needs
