Whether you are a beginner, returning to exercise after some time out, a fitness fanatic or just seeking a fun and social experience, Aquamoves gives you access to a wide variety of facilities and classes designed with older adults in mind.
A personalised wellbeing program and coaching sessions are included with all memberships to ensure you are fully supported along your health and wellness journey at Aquamoves.
A pre-screening questionnaire will be completed to identify any health issues. You may require medical clearance before commencing.

Aquamoves offers swimming pools, spas, sauna, splash park, gym and group fitness with studios, with a picturesque view of Victoria Park Lake.
We also offer a variety of other services for a holistic approach to wellness such as Allied Health including physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, Verve Café (great for post workout coffee catch ups) and hydrotherapy pool.
We provide flexibility to our members, offering unlimited suspension and no ‘lock-in’ direct debit contracts.

- Over 60s membership is only available to persons 60 years and older. Proof of age is required.
- Direct debit payments occur every second Thursday.
- Membership and pricing effective from 15 July 2025. Pricing is subject to change.
- An initial joining fee of $53 and pro-rata (to cover membership until the first direct debit) is to be paid at time of joining.
