The Hydrotherapy pool is available from 6am Mon-Fri, 7am Sat and 8.30am Sun.
All highlighted areas on the timetable indicate when certain groups will be using the Hydrotherapy pool.
These are not exclusive bookings and you may still access the Hydrotherapy pool during these times. Please be considerate when selecting the time you use this facility.

The Hydrotherapy Pool has a maximum number of 25 participants at all times.
