Aquamoves Women Only Swimming Sessions are all about empowering women to get active and overcome feelings of judgment.
Enjoy a swim in Aquamoves' indoor 25m, leisure and hydrotherapy pools or
relax in the sauna and spas in the company of other women.
All children under 5 years must stay within arm’s reach of a responsible parent/guardian. All children under 10 years of age must be supervised at all times by a responsible parent/guardian. The responsible parent/guardian must remain distraction free - mobile phones should not be used while supervising children. Boys under the age of 5 will be allowed access to this event.
