Stay out of the cold and keep your motivation on track this winter with our experienced Group Fitness Instructors!

We have a massive variety of classes and time-slots to suit everyone.  Keep your workout fresh, try a new class and drag a friend along for extra accountability and fun!

Jump in and experience our new Pilates and Props class with instructor Jo!  This class will provide you with great core stability and help to improve your posture.

HIIT, circuit, boxing, strength, bike, water, dance, martial arts, mind and body … whatever workout you’re after …. Aquamoves has it!
