To ensure everyone's safety, there will no longer be access to the hydrotherapy pool during Aqua Arthritic classes.
This will take effect from Monday 5 June 2023.
The Hydrotherapy Pool has a maximum capacity of 25 people, and these classes regularly reach that limit.
We understand this may affect your routine, but safety is our priority. We kindly ask for your understanding as we maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all participants.
If you're interested in joining our Aqua Arthritic classes, they are held at the following times:
- Mondays: 9.00am to 9.45am | 10.00am to 10.45am
- Wednesdays: 8.30am to 9.15am | 10.00am to 10.45am
- Fridays: 10.00am to 10.45am (Yoga Aqua Arthritic)
