Aquamoves has once again been accredited with Life Saving Victoria's (LSV's) prized Platinum Pool award.
This recognition places Aquamoves among an elite group of just 40 other aquatic facilities across Victoria that currently hold this prestigious accreditation.
The Platinum Pool program by LSV highlights aquatic facilities that have achieved the highest standards in aquatic safety and risk management. This accreditation is widely recognized as a mark of excellence within the industry.
Being able to secure the ‘Platinum Pool’ status is a huge achievement. It highlights the ongoing commitment our team has to the highest possible Aquatic and Recreation safety standards with in our community and the wider industry. The Aquamoves team has undergone a rigorous sequence of assessments to meet all of LSV's stringent criteria for this accreditation. This award is only reserved exclusively for facilities that demonstrate outstanding levels of safety.
To maintain this esteemed accreditation, the Aquamoves team successfully completed a combination of annual assessment processes set out by LSV. The Platinum Pool status is truly a testament to being among the best of the best in the industry
Over the next 12 months, the Aquamoves team will continue to implement robust safety protocols, including LSV Pool Safety Assessments, LSV Mystery Guest Visits, and adherence to the best practice 'Watch Around Water' child supervision program.
This accreditation is valid for 12 months and plays a vital role in the overall safety and emergency response planning of the Aquatics, Health and Wellbeing department. It also supports our ongoing commitment to continual improvement strategies and excellence in customer service.
