- Members bringing a friend for free on designated dates must ensure their guest has an active profile and an up-to-date PAR-Q health screening completed before attending classes.
- Guests must be 16 years or older to access Group Fitness/Gym, or have parental consent.
- Classes are subject to capacity limits.
