Les Mills GRIT STRENGTH has been part of our timetable for a few years, but the launch of our latest timetable next week will see the arrival of GRIT CARDIO and GRIT ATHLETIC!
The Les Mills GRIT SERIES is 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT), designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. These workouts use barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Les Mills GRIT SERIES takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
Strength, Cardio and Athletic
Les Mills GRIT STRENGTH (Mondays 5.30pm)
30 minute high intensity interval training using weights to get you in shape, super fast.
Les Mills GRIT CARDIO (Wednesdays 6.30pm)
30 minute high intensity interval training featuring explosive high impact body-weight exercises to get you super fit, super fast.
Les Mills GRIT ATHLETIC (Fridays 9.15am)
30 minute high intensity interval training that uses power agility training to transform muscle fiber and produce a lean, athletic shape.
