From Sunday 10 to Sunday 17 November, we are offering a series of FREE come and try fitness classes, led by our talented female instructors.
Aquamoves is excited to host This Girl Can Week, a celebration of women embracing fitness at all levels!
Wear your best purple gear for a chance to WIN exciting door prizes, including vouchers for Women’s Only Swimming Sessions.
To wrap up the week, join us on Sunday 17 November at 11am for a talk led by guest speaker Dr. Margreet Stegeman, a renowned obstetrician and gynaecologist from Shepparton, who will discuss women’s health.

All classes are free and open to everyone, with child-friendly options available, except for the exclusive female-only session on Sunday.
