Fast-track your swimming skills this summer. These lessons will help you build confidence, improve your technique, and make noticeable progress in a short time.
Take advantage of the holidays to achieve real results in your swimming journey. Intensive 30-minute swim lessons each weekday over a 2-week period. All lessons are run in our Indoor 25m pool.
Choose between a one or two week program.
Week 1 (5 lessons)
- Date: Monday 6 January - Friday 10 January 2025
- Time: Beginner: 5.30pm or 6pm, Intermediate: 6.30pm, Advanced: 7pm
- Cost: $85
- Duration: 30 minutes per lesson each weekday
Week 2 (5 lessons)
- Date: Monday 13 - Friday 17 January 2025
- Time: Beginner: 5.30pm or 6pm, Intermediate: 6.30pm, Advanced: 7pm
- Cost: $85
- Duration: 30 minutes per lesson each weekday
Level Requirements
Beginner level:
No experience is required to join the beginner level.
Skill requirements for Adult Intermediate:
- Can independently swim for 3-5m of basic freestyle
- Can independently float and tread water
- Can duck dive
- Can swim 5m backstroke and survival backstroke
Skill requirements for Adult Advanced:
- Can float on back for 30 seconds in deep water
- Can swim 10-15m freestyle and backstroke
- Can swim 10m survival backstroke
- Can swim 10m breaststroke kick
How to enrol
- Go to the client portal.

- Click on the “Book” tab.
- Click on the “Learn to Swim” tab.
- Under “Activity type” select “Learn to Swim - Adult”.
- Under “Level” select “Adult Beginner”, “Adult Intermediate” or “Adult Advanced”.
- Select which week (Week 1, Week 2, or both) and press “Contact Aquamoves to enrol”.
- Press “Call Aquatics team to enrol”.
- Continue through the rest of the prompts to enrol.
Terms and conditions
- Age requirement: 16 years or older
- Payments must be made upfront.
- Casual entry prices apply if you wish to use the Hydrotherapy Pool, Spa, or Sauna after your lesson. Please advise the customer service team.
- While a member is in the water, a child under the age of 10 cannot be under their supervision. In this case, another parent or guardian will need to provide supervision.
- Members are required to abide by all centre rules and any requests made by centre staff. Failure to do so will result in the suspension or cancellation of their lessons.
