Enrolments

If you are enrolling for the first time please phone the Child Care Coordinator and arrange a time to complete the enrolment form. You can also arrange a time to have a tour of the facility if you are new to the centre.

Enrolment forms must be completed and given to a staff member prior to leaving your child in our care. You can download an enrolment form by clicking the link below.

Bookings and cancellations

Bookings can be made up to seven days in advance by contacting our Child Care staff between 8.45am and 12.15pm weekdays by calling Aquamoves on (03) 5832 9400.   Bookings are made by the hour. Outside of these hours Customer Service can take messages for the Child Care staff, however Customer Service cannot make confirmed bookings.

Cancellations can be made anytime during the centre's operating hours. Please cancel your child's booking as soon as you know you will not be requiring our Child Care services. Failure to cancel bookings will result in the full fee of booking becoming payable.

What to bring

• A drink and healthy snack for your child (no nuts, lollies or popcorn).
• Nappies and spare clothes for children who are in nappies or are toilet training.
• Comfort items such as a special teddy bear, dummy or blanket if your child requires it.
