The following changes apply to Council services for the Melbourne Cup Day holiday.
Council office
The Council's Welsford Street Office will be closed on Melbourne Cup Day
Childcare/Kinders
- All Council-operated childcare services and kinders will be closed on Melbourne Cup Day
Maternal and Child Health
- Maternal and Child Health centres will be closed on Melbourne Cup Day
- Families can contact the Maternal and Child Health Service Line on 132 226
Waste Services
- Waste collection will take place as normal
Aquamoves
Aquamoves will be open from 8.30am to 5.00pm on Melbourne Cup Day
The Melbourne Cup group fitness timetable will be:
9.15am
- RPM
- Body Step
- Deep Water Running
10.15am
- Thump
- RPM
Aquamoves Childcare will be closed for the day and will reopen as normal on Wednesday 6 November.
SAM
The Shepparton Art Museum will be open between 1pm and 4pm
Riverlinks
The Riverlinks Box Office will be closed on Melbourne Cup Day. Tickets can be still be purchased online at www.riverlinksvenues.com.au
Business Centre
The Greater Shepparton Business Centre will be closed on Melbourne Cup Day
SPC Ardmona KidsTown
- SPC Ardmona KidsTown is open as normal
Visitor Centre
- The Visitor Centre is open as normal
