We would like to inform our members and users that we are currently experiencing technical issues with our hydrotherapy pool which is causing the water temperature to be cooler than normal.
After a brief closure, the hydrotherapy pool will re-open in the morning, Friday 31 July.
We had every hope the issues with the pool would be rectified today, however unfortunately due to the age of our hydrotherapy pool mechanics, the part received did not fit the required specifications.
Instead of installing new parts to repair the heat exchange plates, we now have brand new heat exchange plates on express order.
These are expected to arrive on Monday 3 August and will hopefully bring the water temperature back to normal relatively quickly.
We really appreciate the patience everyone has shown while we work closely with contractors to rectify this issue.
Currently we are unable to provide an indication of what the hydrotherapy pool water temperature will be, so please call our customer service staff prior to attending and they will be more than happy to provide you with a water temperature update.
