Aquamoves will re-open from 6.00am Monday (13 September) after shutting down last Monday afternoon (6 September) when flood water cut road access to the facility.

There will be limited car parking as there is still some water in the area, but other than that, it is business as usual.

Greater Shepparton City Council's Manager Leisure Facilities Tony Tranter thanked all Aquamoves patrons for their patience during the shut-down and said everyone was looking forward to business as usual from Monday morning.

"We appreciate it has been inconvenient for people accessing our programs and facilities but we are now re-open and eager to go," Mr Tranter said.

"Council staff have been working hard to keep everyone informed and to re-open the facility as quickly as possible with safety and amenity our number one priority.

"We look forward to seeing our regular patrons and staff back on deck through our group fitness, gym, pool facilities and occasional care."

Mr Tranter said an average of 11,000 people access the centre each week during this time of year.

"The sooner we can get back to normal business the better," he said.

"We have a state of the art facility in Aquamoves and it is great to know we will be back to normal soon."
