Aquamoves’ popular Seven Week Challenge returns

Aquamoves is set to kick off another of its popular Seven Week Challenges starting on Monday 13 April.

The program is perfect for anyone needing extra motivation and support to reach their health and fitness goals. In addition to the fitness classes run twice a week, the Seven Week Challenge includes individual meal plans, health coaching and nutrition sessions, super classes with elite sportspeople and a full Aquamoves membership for the program duration.

One of the many people who have already benefited from the program, former participant Jacque Cuthbert, said she used the challenge as a stepping stone to achieving a healthier lifestyle; gaining new knowledge and skills along the way.
