Due to the Multisport Festival and Challenge Shepparton Triathlon on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November, the following changed traffic conditions will apply when entering and exiting Aquamoves.
Access to Aquamoves this weekend
Due to the Multisport Festival and Challenge Shepparton Triathlon on this Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November, the following changed traffic conditions will apply when entering and exiting Aquamoves.
Saturday: The Kids Triathlon will commence from 4pm so vehicles will not be able to access Aquamoves from 3pm (entering from Tom Collins Drive). Road Closures will be in place from 3pm on Saturday and all traffic exiting Tom Collins and Sobraon Street will do so under traffic control. After the Kids Triathlon, the Shepparton Cycling Criterium is to commence with their first race beginning at 5.30pm. Do not park in the Aquamoves car park after 3pm on Saturday if you want to be able to get your car out before 5pm. There will be limited road traffic between 5pm and 5.30pm only.
Sunday: There will be no road access into Aquamoves until 3pm Sunday 15 November. All members/staff will be required to park outside of the lake precinct and walk into the Aquamoves facility.
Please follow the directions of traffic marshalls and be mindful of the safety of others.
Parking options
Parking within close proximity to Aquamoves will be very difficult throughout the weekend. We can only suggest parking in Maude Street to the east, or Lake Street (which is to the south) on the other side of railway line. This will allow Aquamoves patrons to walk along the back of the caravan park to gain access to the facility.
Group Fitness Classes
All group fitness classes will run as normal this weekend. Please ensure you leave with plenty of extra time so you don’t miss the start of your class.
Swimming Lessons
All swimming lessons will run as normal this Saturday. Please ensure you leave with plenty of extra time so you don’t miss the start of your lesson.
Opening times
Saturday: 8.30am to 5.00pm
Sunday: 8.30am to 7.00pm
