The promoter is: Aquamoves – Greater Shepparton Citry Council (ABN : 59 835 329 843) whose address is 25 Tom Collins Drive, Shepparton, Victoria, 3630.
The rules of the competition and the prize are as follows:
Employees of Aquamoves and Greater Shepparton City Council and their immediate family shall not be permitted to enter the competition. This competition is open exclusively to Greater Shepparton residents. People residing outside the Greater Shepparton municipality are ineligible for this competition. Proof of address may be requested.
There is no fee required to enter the competition. No responsibility can be accepted by Aquamoves/Greater Shepparton City Council for entries not received for whatever reason.

To enter, Swim School Students must obtain a colouring sheet from Aquamoves, colour it in and hand in their completed colouring (with the details filled out) to an Aquamoves staff member at customer service during the promotional period (10/07/2023 – 7/08/2023). Alternatively an adult can scan and upload the completed colouring sheet and forward it to Aquamoves via swimschool@aquamoves.com.au.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the ‘Water Safety Colouring’ competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
Prize: A range of age appropriate water-related prizes.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
There are 4 age group categories, with a prize awarded to a winner of each. The age groups are:
- 12 months to 3 years
- 4 years to 6 years
- 7 years to 10 years
- 11 years plus
The winners will be chosen by an Aquamoves Aquatic staff member at random, as this will be a competition by chance not skill.
An Aquamoves employee will then contact the winning individual and the winner will be announced on the Aquamoves Facebook page and possibly other media channels.
The winner will be notified by telephone prior to Wednesday 9 August 2023. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Aquamoves (The Greater Shepparton City Council) will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected at Aquamoves, 25 Tom Collins Drive, VIC 3632.
The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this ‘Water Safety Colouring Competition’ competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Victorian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Greater Shepparton City Council data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
Entry into the ‘Water Safety Colouring’ competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
