Outdoor Group Training
Aquamoves Outdoor Group Training is a great way to build your strength and cardio fitness. You'll enjoy the support of a qualified trainer and a group of like-minded people. Classes have been designed to challenge your body and mind, pushing you to achieve your personal best and make sustainable changes.

What is the cost of each class?

Each group will be capped at 10 participants, plus one instructor.

How far in advance can I book?
Bookings open 76 hours prior to the start of the class. There is a maximum of two active bookings per person. Click here to view instructions on how to book.
What if I can't make my class?
You may cancel your class booking. $8.50 will automatically be credited to your account to use on the next class you book into.
Where do I meet?
Participants are to meet at the Raymond West gate where your assigned instructor will greet you. Physical distancing rules apply and stringent cleaning and sanitisation protocols will be in place.
