Our gym, group fitness classes, hydrotherapy pool and outdoor aquatic facilities are currently open.

We are pleased to once again welcome you through our doors! 

Bookings for sessions are now available in the Aquamoves Portal.

All memberships remain frozen unless you wish to un-freeze. We want to re-assure you that plenty of notice will be given prior to any future un-freezing of your membership.

Please note; we understand and appreciate that initial demand may exceed the number of sessions available. We ask for your patience and understanding with this.

What are the opening hours?

As of Monday 23 November 2020 the gym will return to normal operating hours and online bookings will no longer be required.

STAFFED GYM HOURS:

Monday to Thursday: 6am to 9pm
Fridays: 6am to 8pm
Saturdays: 7.00am to 5pm
Sundays: 8.30am to 5pm

After hours 20/7 gym access is not yet available. 

As of Thursday 26 November 2020 Aquamoves' outdoor aquatic facilities will be available for recreational swimming and online bookings will no longer be required.

Outdoor 50m Pool Hours:

Monday to Friday: 6.00am to 7.30pm
Saturdays: 7.00am to 5.00pm
Sundays: 8.30am to 5.00pm

Outdoor Leisure Pool and Splash Park Hours:

Monday to Friday: 10.00am to 7.00pm
Weekends: 10.00am to 5.00pm

Unavailability: 
Please note our outdoor 50m pool, outdoor leisure pool and splash park will be unavailable to members and guests between 10am and 3pm on Wednesday 2 December due to a school booking.

Session bookings are required to access all other facilities

All other Aquamoves facilities will remain open during session times, with access available via our online booking and payment system. Please view the 'What times are the sessions available?' section for specific times.

Facilities and services, including the indoor 25m pool, indoor leisure pool, spas, sauna, occasional childcare, café and facility hire remain closed or unavailable until further notice.

What times are the sessions available?

Sessions are now available to book via your Aquamoves Portal.

Are the sessions only available to members?

No, the sessions are available to everyone. Non-members will need to create an Aquamoves Guest Account online. View the ‘How do I use the portal?’ section to find out how to do this.

What are the prices?

All gym and group fitness sessions are available at the discounted rate of $8.50.

Swimming sessions are:

$6.50 for adults (16 years and older)

$4.30 for children

$17 for group swim
(5 people, 2 adults maximum)

How do I book a session?

Sessions must be booked and paid for online (in advance) using the Aquamoves Portal. You can access the portal here: www.aquamoves.com.au/members. Please ensure you use Google Chrome.

If you are unable to pay online, or would like to attend the centre with a carer, please contact us on 5832 9400.

How far in advance can I book a session?

Bookings open 76 hours prior to the start of a session.

How many sessions can I book at once?

There is a maximum of two active bookings per person. 

What if I can't make my session?

You may cancel your session booking. Provided you cancel your booking with at least 12 hours notice, full payment will automatically be credited to your account to use on the next session you book into.

Where do I enter?

Customers are to access the centre via the front entry of Aquamoves. We request that you wait to enter the building as close to your session start time as possible. Physical distancing rules apply and stringent cleaning and sanitisation protocols will be in place.

What do I need to bring?

Please ensure you bring your own water bottle and towel to each session. If you are attending a group fitness class that requires a mat, you'll need to bring your own. Please understand that for your own safety, and the safety of others, you will not be able to attend if you do not bring your own towel and mat.

What are my responsibilities when it comes to cleaning the equipment I use?

You will be required to clean the touch points of any equipment you use before and after use.

I’m a Member, how do I re-activate my membership?

To re-activate your Aquamoves Membership simply log into the Aquamoves Portal and follow the below easy to use guide.

Your decision to re-activate will depend on the facilities/services you are using, as well as the frequency of sessions being attended on a weekly basis. It's important to note that when re-activating your membership you are still required to book sessions online using the Aquamoves Portal. All memberships will remain frozen unless the Aquamoves Member chooses to re-activate their membership. 

I have a Visit Pass, what should I do?

All visit passes remain frozen unless the Visit Pass Holder chooses to re-activate their Visit Pass. If you would like to re-activate your Visit Pass, please phone us on 5832 9400 between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday or email customerservice@aquamoves.com.au at any time.  

I have a Fitness Passport Membership, what should I do?

Fitness Passport aren't currently re-activating memberships. If you would like to discuss alternative membership options rather than continuing to pay per session, please phone us on 5832 9400 between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday or email customerservice@aquamoves.com.au at any time.  

I have an Insurance Membership, what should I do?

If you have an Insurance Membership, please contact us to discuss your options by phoning 5832 9400 between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday or emailing customerservice@aquamoves.com.au at any time.  

I have an Over 60s Membership, what should I do?

Over 60s may re-activate their memberships. Due to those aged 60 and over considered vulnerable to COVID-19 by the Chief Health Officer, we have made the decision not to timetable Over 60s classes during this phase. Over 60s may choose to attend regular sessions using their membership if they wish.  

Why are there no Over 60s sessions?

I'm a Youth Member, can I attend outside the usual times specified for my membership?

Yes, Youth Members may attend by booking any of the session times available. If you are 14 or 15 years of age, please make yourself known to the Gym Instructor before you begin working out. 

Can I book a pool session for recreational swimming?

Recreational swimming is not currently available, however we plan to re-introduce this service in the coming weeks.  

Are showers at the centre available for use?

We are pleased to be currently providing access to showers at the centre. 

Are you offering Gym Assessments/Coaching Sessions?

Gym Assessments are currently available. Contact Customer Service or speak with the Gym Instructor on duty to book your assessment/coaching session. 

When are Swimming Lessons recommencing?

When will the remainder of the facilities open?

We will continue to monitor the advice provided by the Victorian State Government, however it is unclear at this stage as to when the remainder of the facilities will reopen. We will continue to provide updates to our members and customers as more information becomes available.

Can I hire the facilities?

At this stage we are unable to recommence facility hire and booking arrangements as the large numbers associated with these services mean we would regularly exceed room and facility capacity.
