Aquamoves December Member Rewards Competition
First Prize: A bike of choice (valued at up to $899) from Leigh Egan Cycles.
Second and Third Prizes: Health and Wellbeing Pack valued at $350 each.
The promoter is: Aquamoves –Greater Shepparton Citry Council (ABN : 59 835 329 843) whose address is 25 Tom Collins Drive, Shepparton, Victoria, 3630.
Employees of Aquamoves and Greater Shepparton City Council and their immediate family shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee needed to win these prizes.
Closing date for entry will be Sunday 31 December, 2017. After this date no further competition comment submissions will be entered or considered and the competition will close.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and the prize are as follows:
This competition is open exclusively to Aquamoves Members. Aquamoves Swim School Students, Aquamoves Visit Pass holders and Aquamoves Summer Family Pool Members are ineligible for this competition.
Aquamoves Members must scan their card upon entry to Aquamoves during the month of December in order to enter the draw. The winners must be current Aquamoves members at the time of the prizes being drawn.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the ‘December Member Rewards’ competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
Prizes include a bike of choice (valued at up to $899) from Leigh Egan Cycles and two Health and Wellbeing Packs valued at $350 each. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen as follows:
- Drawn at random no later than 12 January 2018.
- An Aquamoves employee will then contact the winning individuals and announce the winners on the Aquamoves Facebook page and possibly other media channels.
The winners will be notified by telephone prior no later than 12 January 2018. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prizes within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prizes from the winners and pick replacement winners.
Aquamoves (The Greater Shepparton City Council) will notify the winners when and where the prizes can be collected at Aquamoves, 25 Tom Collins Drive, VIC 3632.
The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this ‘December Member Rewards’ competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Victorian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winners agree to the use of their name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Greater Shepparton City Council data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
Entry into the ‘December Member Rewards’ competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
