As we progress with the re-build our group fitness timetable, we are pleased to release our latest schedule which will come into effect from next Monday 1 February 2021.
Excitingly, you will notice the introduction of some new classes; BLAST (previously Abs, Butts and Thighs) and GETLOW. And we can also confirm that Aqua classes are making a return!

A little info about our new classes:
BLAST focuses purely on strengthening your lower body and core; Butts, Legs, and Abs Strength Training (BLAST) offers a fun combination of strength
enhancing and muscle toning exercises in a variety of styles and intensities.
GETLOW is a beat-driven low impact workout designed to ignite your mind, move your body and improve your wellbeing. This low intensity training, full body workout uses boxing, dance, dumbbells, light cardio and seriously good music to transform your mind and body.
