Long cold Winter days might be heading our way, but things are heating up at Aquamoves as everyone moves indoors to keep their health and fitness goals on track over the cooler months!
If you’re an Aquamoves Group Fitness Member then you have unlimited access to our huge variety of timetabled classes! We challenge you to try something new and add variety to your workout. It’s a great way to keep your body guessing and ensure you’re meeting all of its needs through intensity, fun and mindfulness.
Changes to be aware of in the Winter Timetable? Les Mills TONE on Monday night will now begin at 6.30pm. This is to allow GRIT Strength to move into Studio Two so we can cater for its growing popularity.
If your class is red flagged, please remember to support it. Bring a friend to workout with and help lift numbers out of the danger zone!
